DeLLphi-309 is a Phase 2 clinical trial that is testing an investigational drug called tarlatamab, administered at multiple dosing regimens. This clinical trial aims to see how safe and effective the dosing regimens of tarlatamab are at treating patients with small-cell lung cancer (SCLC) that has progressed following 1 prior line of platinum based chemotherapy.

Patients who are 18 years or older
Small-cell lung cancer (SCLC) diagnosis was confirmed by tumor sample under a microscope
Cancer has progressed or recurred following 1 platinum-based chemotherapy regimen.

Step 1: Screening
At your first visit(s), you will:

If you meet the requirements and decide to join this clinical trial, you will move on to Step 2.
Step 2: Treatment
Approximately 240 participants will be randomly assigned to one of 3 groups to receive tarlatamab, administered at different dosing regimens.
Participants will receive tarlatamab by infusion (in a vein) once weekly for the first cycle, then either every 2 weeks, every 3 weeks, or every 4 weeks thereafter, depending on which group they are assigned to.
Step 3: End of treatment
You will continue to receive treatment in this clinical trial based on the results of your bloodwork and imaging. The treatment you receive in this trial or your participation in this clinical trial may end if:
The clinical trial team will schedule a follow-up visit with you approximately 9 weeks after your last trial treatment.
Step 4: Long term follow-up (up to 3 years)
The clinical trial team may follow-up with you by phone or ask you to visit the clinic approximately once every 3 months.
